Our prices shown are starting "from" prices. Final pricing depends on several factors discussed during your consultation:
- Hair length & thickness: Longer or thicker hair requires more product and time
- Current hair condition: Colour correction or damaged hair may need additional treatments
- Desired result: More complex colour work (e.g., multiple tones, extensive coverage) takes longer
- Technique used: Balayage, full head, half head, or root touch-up all have different pricing
We offer complimentary consultations for all colour services and complex treatments. This allows us to:
- Understand your vision and expectations
- Assess your current hair condition
- Recommend the best approach for your desired result
- Provide an accurate price estimate
- Perform a patch test if required (see below)

For your safety, patch tests are mandatory for all colour services if you are a new client or haven't had a colour service with us in the past 6 months.
Patch tests are quick, free, and essential for identifying any potential allergic reactions to hair colour products.
We understand plans change. Here's our cancellation policy:
More than 24 hours
Full refund if paid in advance. No fee for rescheduling.
Less than 24 hours
Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable as we cannot fill the slot.
We reserve the right to charge a no-show fee for missed appointments without notice. Please call us as soon as possible if you need to change your booking.
We schedule appointments back-to-back to serve all our clients efficiently. If you arrive late:
- Up to 10 minutes late: We'll do our best to complete your service, though it may need to be modified
- More than 15 minutes late: Your appointment may need to be rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients
Tip: Aim to arrive 5-10 minutes early, especially for colour appointments that include a consultation.
To secure your booking:
- Standard services: No deposit required for regular clients
- New clients (colour services): A deposit may be requested for lengthy appointments
- High-demand periods: Deposits may be required during peak times (e.g., holidays)
Payment methods accepted: Cash, debit/credit cards. Online payments via Stripe.
Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel with more than 24 hours notice.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your service:
- Please speak to your stylist immediately so we can address any concerns
- Contact us within 7 days of your appointment if you notice any issues
- We offer free adjustments to colour work if the result differs significantly from what was agreed
